Bonneville Cutthroat Trout Restoration (Great Basin Expedition)

S2S is excited to maintain its work on the native Bonneville Cutthroat Trout during its expeditions at Great Basin National Park each August in the summertime. If you are a veteran and are interested in how fish populations remain stocked at parks and in river systems, consider contacting us about joining the 2025 EcoRecon Expedition at Great Basin National Park. During the trip, a major focus is studying the trout, its habitat, and its food chain. S2S, teams of veterans, and local park scientists work together to gather critical data needed in ensuring the rehabilitation of this local trout species for future fishing at the park! Check out some of the information below!
