Veteran Summer Environmental Retreat 2026
S2S is collaborating with Professor Taylor Blackman to host an immersive field science retreat in Poe Valley State Park near Poe Mountain and Paddy Mountain in Pennsylvania. We are looking for 5-8 veterans interested in wildlife ecology and fishing to join us for an immersive day in the Pennsylvania Wilderness from June 5-7, 2026. Overnight accommodations have been provided thanks to the generous contributions of local Veteran of Foreign Wars Chapters and American Legions nearby. We hope you consider joining us!
