Veterans in Western New York participate in Raptor Banding at Braddock Bay Raptor Research!
On Sunday, April 13th, Braddock Bay Raptor Research hosted veteran volunteers associated with the Rochester Veterans Association for an exciting event! Veterans were invited out to band raptors at Braddock Bay Raptor Research, and this is part of a larger collaborative effort involving S2S! Our goal is to provide citizen science programming to veterans in New York, and thanks to Braddock Bay and the Rochester VA, this event was made possible! Check out some great photos and remember that all of this work is done under the supervision of master banders and raptor scientists.
